1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Totally Tarot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of Services

Totally Tarot provides tarot card readings, astrology chart interpretations, numerology calculations, and AI-assisted consultations. These services are provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection purposes.

• Readings and interpretations are based on symbolic and traditional frameworks and are not scientifically validated.
• The App does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• You should not make important life decisions based solely on readings from this App.
• If you are experiencing a medical, legal, or financial issue, please consult a qualified professional.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the App or extract content.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute card artwork, reading text, or any proprietary content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality, including circumventing rate limits or security measures.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the credit system or free credit offers.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content within Totally Tarot, including but not limited to card artwork, interpretive text, chart designs, tarot systems (Nava Mandala, Ceiba Tarot), and user interface elements, is owned by Victoria Lee LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may share your personal reading results using the App's built-in sharing features.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract card art, reading text, or other proprietary content.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or republish card artwork or system content in any format.
• User-generated content: Journal entries and personal notes you create within the App belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and display them to you within the App. We do not claim ownership of your journal entries.
• Questions submitted for readings and profile data remain yours, subject to the license you grant us to provide the services.

6. AI-Powered Features

Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate interpretations and answer questions:

• AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and reflection. It should not be treated as professional advice.
• We employ content moderation to filter inappropriate requests, including those seeking medical, legal, or financial guidance.
• AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
• We reserve the right to limit or modify AI features at any time.

7. Free and Premium Features

Totally Tarot offers a generous set of free features alongside optional premium features that use credits:

Free features (free forever):

• Daily card draws
• Natal chart calculations and birth chart viewing
• Basic tarot spreads and interpretations
• Numerology calculations
• Live Sky and celestial event tracking
• Panchang calendar
• Journal (unlimited entries)
• Streak tracking and daily engagement rewards

Premium features (require credits):

• Personalized readings with in-depth interpretations
• Premium multi-card spreads
• Compatibility readings
• Personalized natal insights
• Ask-a-question consultations

Core features are and will remain free forever. Premium features use credits that can be earned through daily engagement or purchased.

8. Credit System and Payments

Credits are the virtual currency used within Totally Tarot to access premium features:

• Earning credits: You earn credits through daily engagement, streaks, journal entries, and other in-app activities.
• Purchasing credits: You may purchase additional credits through Stripe (web) or the respective app store (mobile). All new accounts start with 15 free credits.
• Non-refundable: Purchased credits are non-refundable once applied to your account.
• No cash value: Credits have no monetary value outside of Totally Tarot and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside the App.
• No expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Account deletion: If you delete your account, all remaining credits are forfeited.
• We do not process or store payment card information. All payments are handled by Stripe or the respective app store.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we collect and how we use it. Key points:

• We collect account information, birth data (voluntarily provided), and reading history.
• Birth data is used solely for generating personalized astrological calculations.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• We do not sell your personal information.

10. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Totally Tarot. Users under 18 may use the App but may not make purchases without parental or guardian consent. By making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Readings, interpretations, or AI responses will be accurate or reliable.
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTALLY TAROT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANY READING, INTERPRETATION, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
